Data protection + consent:

 

The data from the questionnaires are anonymous in sufficiently large survey groups. It can be in small survey groups, however, it is possible to draw conclusions about individual participants, so that the data may be personal. For this reason, we obtain your consent to process your personal data.

The purposes of the survey are:

  • Evaluation of the current research and teaching situation at the HWR Berlin
  • Gaining an insight into the perception of the WIMIs regarding their work situation at the HWR Berlin
  • Evaluation of the survey to improve the working environment and the general conditions for Wimis

I hereby consent to the processing of my following personal data

  • Questions in the questionnaire that refer to a person (e.g. are you a member of an InInstitute?, etc.)

The HWR Berlin uses a web-based tool (Evasys) to collect the questionnaires. The data protection information regarding the tool can be found under this LINK .

Consent is given on a voluntary basis and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. Once the declaration of revocation has been received, the personal data may not be processed further. They are to be deleted immediately. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place up to that point.
