Purposes of the processing activity:
- BPS uses the following Keystone Academics platforms to market our international MBA and Masters programs: masterstudies.com / onlinestudies.com / mbastudies.com
- Those interested in the MBA and Master’s programs can order information material via a web form on the platform
- We use the platforms to specifically address (depending on interests) of
Those interested in events, activities and courses at the HWR Berlin
- The system offers functionalities of a customer relationship management system. These are: o Contact data management o Send information material automatically o Communicate directly with interested parties.
- Edit and store workflows (store automatic standard responses to inquiries, send further automated e-mails after a defined time).
- The data of the interested parties are made available by Keystone Academics of the HWR Berlin.
Legal basis of the processing activity:
The legal basis for processing the data is the consent of the data subject to data processing in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR. There is neither a contractual nor a legal obligation to provide the data. Consent is voluntary. The requirements for consent according to Art. 7 Para. 1-4 DS-GVO are fulfilled.
