Operation of software for creating online surveys for all university members
(Employees, teachers, part-time lecturers, students)
Legal basis of the processing activity:
The processing is necessary for the organization of research and studies according to §6 (1) 2 BerlHG.

- Survey data (content of the surveys)
- Authorization data / authentication data on the system (user name / password)
- Cookiedaten (Sessioncookie)
- Log data – web server (esp. IP address)
- Master data (surname, first name, business e-mail)

There are no planned transfers to third countries.

Rights of the data subject
The person affected by the processing has rights in accordance with Art. 13 – 23 GDPR, which can be asserted against the HWR Berlin. An overview of the most important rights is listed below:
