Under this link, all data subjects can submit a request for information pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR. If you have a legitimate request for information, you will receive a detailed list of the personal data processed about you at HWR Berlin within 1 month. In addition you can make requests for deletion, correction, blocking, and data copy, of the personal data processed about you.
According to Art. 15 DSGVO, the data subject has the right to request information about:
- the purposes of processing;
- the categories of personal data the recipients or categories of recipients
- storage period
- The origin of the data
- if it was not collected by the HWR.
HWR Berlin must then provide the data subject with the processed data and other information specified in Article 15 (1) and (2) of the GDPR within one month at the latest (Article 12 (3) of the GDPR). In exceptional cases, the deadline may be extended by two additional months.
