Data processing of the website of the state agency

When using the website, personal data can be collected, e.g. when making inquiries via an online contact form, registering for the newsletter. The Landesagentur Duales Studium Berlin collects and stores such content only with the express consent of the user and to the extent that it is necessary for the respective process. There are specific data protection declarations for the collection and processing of this personal data (e.g. newsletter, contact form, photos-videos-audios-quotes, company data).

Access data / server log files

In order to optimize the website www.dualesstudium.berlin and to identify and track unauthorized access attempts to the above website, the Landesagentur Duales Studium Berlin stores usage data, so-called “server log files”. A log file contains the automatically maintained log of certain process actions. In principle, all actions are recorded that are or could be necessary for a later investigation, eg before attacks. Server log files store information such as the date and time of the website visit, the browser type and the operating system of the user. In addition, the size of the transferred data volume, a so-called HTTP status code and the IP address of the accessing computer are saved. These server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days.

Cookies / analysis service Matomo

The website analysis is based on the use of server log files. The files are automatically imported into Matomo at regular intervals. Therefore, no cookies are required on the website for Matomo. Only essential cookies for editing the website (Typo3 backend) are used. Personal data will not be saved. The information generated by the essential cookies is not passed on to third parties.

References and links

When you click on websites that are linked on the pages of the domain www.dualesstudium.berlin, no data is transmitted to the operator of the external website. This only happens if content from external providers is integrated directly into the website, for example when using news feeds from social media services (so-called social plugins). These are currently not included on the website of the domain www.dualesstudium.berlin.
